Denyer Cattle Feeders are available with or without verandahs. The verandah unit is better suited to high rainfall areas.

The hopper is 2.4m long and supplies feed to both sides of a trough suspended on chains. Adjusting bolts allow the trough to be altered to suit different types of feed - nuts, pellets, whole or crushed grain.

The action of the animals muzzling the trough promotes movement and maintains feed flow.

The heavy duty water-proof covers open back to give full access to the hopper.

Four eyes are provided on the top for lifting and the unit is mounted on steel skids with towing lugs for easy transportation.

Denyer Sheep feeders are available with or without verandahs. The verandah unit suits high rainfall areas by assisting greatly to keep feed dry. The standard 1.8m model has a rain gutter fitted.

• Solidly constructed from galvanised sheet steel and supplied with moisture excluding lids.
• The large filling lids are hinged on strong pivot pins and have a restraining chain each end when open. They are fitted with a positive catch and foolproof safety pins.
• The hopper supplies feed to a double-sided, 1.8m (25 bushel) or 2.4m (48 bushel) trough. The troughs are suspended on chains with screw thread adjustment, permitting the gap between hopper and trough to be altered to suit different types of feed - nuts, pellets, whole or crushed grain.
• The action of the sheep feeding from the trough causes trough movement and maintains the feed flow from the hopper.
• The 25 bushel feeder is mounted on 2 hardwood skids drilled to accept a towing rope for easy movement
• The 48 bushel feeder is manufactured with either pneumatic tyres, with a towbar, or on skids
• All edges are turned for extra strength and to protect stock from injury

Pig Troughs

Pig Troughs for economical, hygienic pig feeding, are available in 560mm, 870mm, 1170m and 1780mm lengths.

The edges of the trough are formed in a channel section and the centre reinforced with a V-section for added strength.

Denyer's Continuous Feed Trough is made from heavy gauge galvanised steel, formed to fit the next length on the feeding run.

Designed to leave a drainage gap at the overlap between lengths, the Continuous Feed Trough will not collect water and saturate dry feed.

Holes are provided to anchor the trough to the ground.

When not in use stacks into a neat pile, preventing damage to individual lengths and requiring minimum storage space.

Trough size: 180mm at base by 75mm deep with reinforced top edge.

Capacity approximately 7.5kg of oats per metre (5lb per foot).

Available in 2.4m (8'0") lengths.

Water Trough - For Cattle or Sheep

The traditional half round galvanised water trough is available in:

380mm (15") width
460mm (18") width
530mm (21") width

Supplied in 1800mm (6') lengths that can be joined together with bands to form any length required.

Flanged ends can be fitted to the troughs and secured by yokes and bands or welded directly to the trough.

A hinged ball valve cover is available. It is bolted to the trough with a suitable cut-out for ball valve entry.

All troughs must be sealed with silicone sealant or "Black Jack".

Trough standards are 380mm high and include yokes and bands for easy assembly.

Optional Extra: Large diameter trough cleaning outlet fitted through end.

A fully assembled 2400mm (8') water trough is available, complete with top quality ball valve, large drain plug and ball valve cover.
